Chamber's Office Complex and Modern Auditorium and MiniAuditorium :
The Chamber possesses its own four storied office complex and a prestigious Platinum Jubilie Hatsun
Auditorium & MEPCO Mini Auditorium at Kamarajar Salai, Madurai. The office complex was declared
open by the Vice President of India His Excellency Shri R.Venkataraman on the occassion of
(19-12-85) the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of the chamber.

Foundation stone for two Auditoriums was laid by the then Chief Minister Kalaignar M.Karunanidhi on 1-9-1996. It is noteworthy to mention that the earlier asbestos roofed Auditorium, which was removed for putting up the present Platinum Jubilee Hatsun Auditorium, was also declared open by Thiru M.Karunanidhi on 16.4.1972 as the then Chief Minister.

The cost of construction of both the auditorium was about Rs. 2.5 crores and major portion of the amount was collected as donations from members and other well wishers of the Chamber.The Auditorium & Mini Auditorium are the proof of devoted & result oriented services by the office bearers and Executive Committee Members of our chamber.

Donation of Rs. 10 lakhs for Chamber Building Fund from Tamilnadu Government :
The Chamber has the Unique distinction of being the recipient of a donation of Rs. 10 lakhs from the TN Government for the construction of its Platinum Jubilee Auditorium, in the year 1999 during the opening of the same by the then Chief Minister of TN Dr. Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi.

Platinum Jubilee Celebration of the Chamber :
The Platinum Jubilee of the Chamber after completion of 75 years of highly dedicated services to Trade and Industry was celebrated in a fitting manner on 14th Nov'99 along with inauguration of the newly constructed Chamber's Platinum Jubilee Auditorium and the then Chief Minister Dr. Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi was the Chief Guest.

Platinum Jubilee Hatsun Auditorium Centrally air-conditioned state-of the-art Platinum Jubilee Hatsun Auditorium with a seating capacity of 600 was inaugurated by the then Chief Minister Kalaignar M.Karunanidhi on 14-11-1999.

| MEPCO
Mini Auditorium lavishly completed with all modern facilities like video conferencing,individual table & mikes with Central Air conditioning was inaugurated by the Railway Minister for State Mr. A.K.Moorthy on 26-09-2002.
